What services does SpotSource offer?
SpotSource is an Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) company. We sell instances of our private marketplace and workflow platform to help top companies make it easy for subject matter experts, like marketers and brand managers, to find the right approved marketing agency, start a project or a bid, and run things to completion.
Our system integrates with your company systems so we can unify your data on these service providers and enrich that data dramatically with actionable insights. This includes vendor data, risk management assessments, contract agreements, and more.
We also frequently integrate with enterprise systems for payments, digital asset management (DAM), data lakes, and anything else that helps us provide a unified platform for your teams to make better decisions, faster, and focus on delivering better work with your service providers.

Do you provide customized solutions for different businesses?

That said, SpotSource has instances that are specialized for R&D to work with third party manufacturers, for IT to manage their development and IT firms, and many unified examples as well where multiple operational areas are combined into one private instance. Can you track the performance of digital marketing campaigns?
SpotSource does not directly track the performance of a campaign, but we can pull in that data from a specialized campaign performance tool so that your users have a unified place to see that data tied to the campaign/project it was for.
SpotSource does capture performance input from users so that you can let others in your organization know how an agency performed against your project. These reviews are customizable based on what is important to your department.
